Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of custom digital services (web development, design, and SEO), all sales and deposits are generally final once work has commenced. Time and resources are allocated immediately upon agreement.

2. Cancellations Before Work Commences

If you request a cancellation before any design or development work has started, a full or partial refund of your deposit may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees incurred.

3. Subscriptions & Maintenance

Monthly maintenance and hosting subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.

4. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy will be explicitly stated in your individual project contract or statement of work.
